South Dakota State University’s Journalism Department hosted its Summer Institute Program for students and advisers this June. Workshops were held in on the campus of SDSU in a variety of state-of-the-art facilities in the department.
A variety of workshops were offered including yearbook and newspaper writing, desktop publishing for both yearbook and newspaper, and moviemaking. Students and advisers created an actual newspaper and movies after their workshops to share with their friends, families and advisers upon returning home. Thank you to all those who participated!
